Okay, so everyone has bad days right? I know I have lately. Because of certain things. But I was catching up on some of my favorite reads and came across this idea... I need to remember this..

I am happy when I eat healthy
When I laugh out loud to something, even the smallest things
When my Husband brings me Flowers.. Just because...
When my husband tells me he misses me and tells me to have a good day
When I have a good work out
When my mom tells me she loves me
When my dog and cat greet me at the door when I walk in from work after being in traffic
I am glad to have friends who care
Glad to have family
Glad to know that someone is watching me from above
Glad to know I count on my best friend
Glad when my husband comes home and kisses me
I love when seasons change
I love fall weather
I love having Starbucks in the morning
I love being able to wake up every morning and thanking God for giving me another day
I am flattered when someone gives me a compliment
I am flattered when I get smiled at even by strangers
Flattered that there are some amazing people out there
I think everyone gets lost sometimes when they have a bad day I know I do and what better way to get in a happy mood by coming up with things that your Happy, Glad, Love, and Flattered by.
They always say it is the little things that matter most. I think people forget that.
