September Coffee Date
Happy Monday! Last night was a pretty rough night. I don’t know if it was a full moon or what but… I did not sleep well AT ALL last night. But I woke up still feeling motivated, to get this week started. What about you? Did you feel inspired or motivated this morning when you woke up? Or were you already irritated with Monday from the moment you woke up? Either way I hope you chugged some coffee like I did!
Speaking of Coffee, lets do a little life update/coffee date talk.
If we were having coffee I would tell you how excited I am for fall to finally be here. I am so tired of tired of this heat. And completely ready for pumpkins, cold weather, bon fires, pumpkin spice lattes, all the fall things. #basicbitch not ashamed.
I would tell you that Ryan is getting so big, and growing up, he is walking, talking, running, but he is just as sweet as ever. Time really does fly by.
I would also tell you that I am struggling with this whole weight loss thing, I am almost 2 years postpartum (can I use that excuse still) because I totally am, but I will say its not easy, but I am taking it one day at a time. I would tell you that I will get there. Its called motivation for a reason.
I would ask you what books your reading, and I would recommend these 2 “Self Help” Books I picked up. The first one “52 Ways to Live a Kick-Ass Life” BS-free wisdom to ignite your inner badass and Live the Life you Deserve by Andrea Owen and the second book is “Mastering your Mean Girl” The No-BS guide to silencing your inner critic and becoming wildly WEALTHY, fabulously HEALTHY, and bursting with LOVE by Melissa Ambrosini. I would tell you that these books have helped me in some way or another. I haven’t finished reading them yet. But I am super excited to continue reading them.
